1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the CedarHills Services Limited Affiliate Program (“the Program”), you (“Affiliate”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in the Program.
2. Program Overview
The Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new clients to CedarHills Services Limited. Each Affiliate receives a unique referral code (CHRL-[Affiliate’s Initials]) to share with potential customers. Upon successful subscription by a referred client, you may receive a referral reward according to the criteria specified below.
3. Referral Rewards
- Initial Reward: £600 for each successful referral where a new client subscribes within 4 weeks of referral.
- Bonus Reward: £500 after the fourth successful referral within a calendar year.
- Additional Incentives: High-performing affiliates will receive exclusive benefits.
4. Referral Process
- The affiliate completes a referral form on the CedarHills Services Limited website.
- Affiliates share their unique referral code with potential clients.
- The referred client must subscribe to a plan within 4 weeks of the referral.
- Rewards are distributed to the affiliate within 45 days of verification of each successful referral.
5. Affiliate Obligations
- Marketing Conduct: Affiliates must promote CedarHills Services Limited in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring all promotions are truthful and not misleading.
- Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their marketing activities.
- Intellectual Property: Affiliates may not use CedarHills Services Limited’s trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Cookie-Based Tracking: Affiliates acknowledge that commissions are based on cookies placed on user devices, and CedarHills Services Limited is not responsible for expired or deleted cookies affecting commission payouts.
6. Commission Structure and Payment
- Commission Rate: The specified referral rewards are based on the current commission structure, which may change at CedarHills Services Limited’s discretion.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided earnings meet the minimum payment threshold of £500.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via the Affiliate’s preferred payment Methods, e.g., PayPal or bank transfer.
7. Termination
CedarHills Services Limited may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CedarHills Services Limited does not guarantee the Program’s availability or the success of affiliates’ marketing efforts. The Program is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
CedarHills Services Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from participation in the Program.
10. Modifications to Terms of Service
CedarHills Services Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the CedarHills Services Limited website.
